What do you want to be when you grow up?

Right now it seems miles away, but your dream of being a graphic designer, engineer, EMT, doctor, lawyer, dental hygienist, or nurse is closer than you think. Whether a four-year university is your plan, or a two-year college or technical school would better suit your needs, the Utah Educational Savings Plan (UESP) is here to help you achieve your dream.

To celebrate National 5•29 Day, UESP is offering a boost to your college savings on May 25. (Since 5•29 Day falls on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, we wanted to promote college savings early this year.)

With a parent or guardian, open a UESP 529 account on May 25 with at least a $25 contribution, and UESP will match that $25. Even small amounts add up—every dollar saved is one less dollar borrowed and can defray expenses like tuition, books, computers, or room and board, moving you closer to what you want to be.
